If you're talking about stock or full service lab, those are both set up with autopay when you open your account. If your payment information has changed, reach out to support@trypivotal.com and we'll shoot you a link to update. All other vendor partners have their own payment directly with the vendor. We don't collect or pay bills for your practice.

First, make sure you're signed up! If not, head over to the Applications page.
We've embedded the lab ordering sites for EDO Dallas Partner Lab and RND Ohio Partner Lab. You can also reach the linked page for the stock.trypivotal.com ordering site.
Otherwise, stock.trypivotal.com and lablink.opticalonline.com are going to be the sites for ordering stock lenses and full service labs, respectively.

For full service lab partners like EDO Dallas and RND Ohio, you will have a Basecamp login sent to you for questions about tracking, job info, job changes, label requests, and billing, invoice and credit questions.
For most anything related to your membership, you'll want to reach out to support@trypivotal.com, including for stock lens customer service.
